Reliable KvK mailing address

The Dutch Chamber of Commerce sets several conditions for a business registration address, including the ability to carry out business activities at the location. A DamOffice KvK mailing address is therefore more than a mail-only address. Office space is available when required, with comfortable furniture and a reliable internet connection in our workspaces and meeting rooms. Workspaces and meeting rooms are available by reservation at an additional charge.
Mail service
The DamOffice address has two functions: it serves as a business registration address and as an Amsterdam KvK mailing address. We forward scans of your mail to your chosen email address weekly, included in every plan. Weekly scanning and digital forwarding are included in every plan.
Changing your KvK mailing address
Already have a company and a KvK mailing address? Changing it is straightforward, and the Dutch Chamber of Commerce does not charge a fee for the change. Use the DamOffice rental agreement as proof of your new address. Once you receive the final agreement, you may use the address in all business communications.

Step 3: Identification and AML checks
If you meet the criteria, you must verify your identity and ownership of the company.

We require proof of your residential address, a copy of your identity document and a one-cent transfer from your personal account. We also carry out the required Wwft screening.
Step 4: Agreement and payment
We prepare the Amsterdam business address agreement using your information.

Step 5: Signed agreement
After signing the agreement and paying the invoice, you can register with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

Step 6: Welcome to DamOffice

All agreements run for 12 months; only the billing interval differs. No deposit is required. A one-off setup fee of €49.95 excluding VAT applies to every plan. The Flex plan is billed every six months.
