DamOffice processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us.
The personal data we process may include:
- First and last name
- Company name
- Place of birth
- Address details
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Information about your activity on our website
- Information about your browsing behaviour across different websites, for example because this company is part of an advertising network
Our website and/or services are not intended to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify a visitor's age. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@damoffice.nl and we will delete that information.
DamOffice processes your personal data for the following purposes:

DamOffice retains your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. We apply a retention period of one year to the relevant categories of personal data.

DamOffice uses cookies with a purely technical function. These ensure that the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferences. To make sure that an access request was submitted by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identity document. On this copy, black out your photograph, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of a passport), the passport number and your Dutch citizen service number (BSN). This protects your privacy. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than four weeks after receiving your request.
You may also submit a complaint to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. More information is available on the Dutch Data Protection Authority website.
